Terms of Service

     1. Introduction
This terms of service is between I, the photographer, Kitty Luke, and you, the Client, for photographic services provided. These terms were last updated 12/19/2025 and may be updated in the future.

     2. Services and compensation

2.1 Services provided. Kitty Luke will provide services agreed upon, and only services agreed upon. Services available, which are available on kittyscaboodlephotos.com, are portrait photography, couples session photography, event photography, family session photography, senior portrait photography, and paparazzi photography. Only one of these photo sessions will be provided at a time. Any given service includes a photo session, photo editing, and delivery of all requested  photos. If the nature of a booking is inaccurately disclosed, Kitty Luke has the right to cancel without notice or to change to the accurate price.

2.2 Portfolio rights. Kitty Luke, as well as you, the Client, may use any photos produced during the photo session on their professional website and/or on social media. Photos may be submitted to galleries by Kitty Luke and no other individuals. Photos may be sold to galleries or other clientele by Kitty Luke and no other individuals. The client shall be notified of either action.

2.3 Compensation of the photographer. Upon scheduling, the Client shall be asked to submit a $20 deposit, which will go towards the total payment for the agreed upon appointment time. The appointment shall not be confirmed until this $20 deposit is paid. Once the photos have been edited the Client will pay the remainder of the bill and the photos will be delivered shortly thereafter. 

2.4 Cancellation. If the Client cancels an appointment more than 3 days before the agreed upon appointment date, the $20 deposit shall be refunded and the appointment will be cancelled. If the client cancels within 3 days of the agreed upon appointment date the deposit will be kept and the appointment will be cancelled. If the Client cancels within 24-hours of the agreed upon appointment date or if you don’t show up to the appointment without notice, the Client shall be charged the total price. If Kitty Luke cancels an appointment for any reason, the $20 deposit shall be refunded.

2.5 Refunds. Refunds will only be provided if Kitty Luke doesn’t show up to the appointment or if the Client does not receive the photos within the agreed upon date.
